• Program Coordination Team: Program Coordinator and technical specialists in gender, livelihoods, climate resilience, research, monitoring and evaluation, and peacebuilding.
• Field Facilitators and Volunteers: Community-based staff and volunteers supporting program implementation at local and grassroots levels.
